How to access usage statistics?

* Please note that this feature is only accessible to Curio administrator account holders.

  1. First log in using your institutional email address.
  2. Once logged in, go to My account and select the Reports option.
  3. You will find monthly usage statistics reports for your organization under the Statistics tab.
  4. A downloadable PDF will be added to your account at the beginning of each month listing usage statistics for the previous month.
  5. Statistics featured in this report will include number of visits, number of page views and most popular content.
The usage statistics of the former platform are not included in this report.
 
If your users have not yet migrated to the new Curio, the usage data may be poor.
