I can't connect to Curio. What should I do?
To access Curio, you must enter your institutional email address on the login page.
Is this not working? Here are a few ways to solve the problem.
- Check to see if you used your institutional email address to log in.
- Check to see if you typed each character of your institutional address correctly.
- Check to see if you typed the 8-digit verification code we emailed you correctly.
- Verify that you used the most recent verification code we sent you (The code is only valid for 15 minutes after you receive the email). If needed, you can request another one by restarting your login.
