How do I retrieve my password?

Using your institutional email address:

No password is required to access Curio.

Logging in to the site is done with an 8-digit verification code that we send to your institutional email address.

To obtain your verification code:

1. Enter your institutional email address on the Curio login page

2. Then check your institutional email box. There you will find the automated email containing your verification code. (It may take a few minutes to receive it)

3. You will then need to enter this 8-digit code on the login page to access Curio.

Using Single sign-on authentication (SSO):

When logging in using Single Sign On (SSO), your credentials associated with your institutional address are used. You may be required to enter the password associated with your institutional account the first time you log in.

Future single sign-on logins should not require you to enter your password.

You will never have to set up a password on Curio. In both cases, Curio will recognize your device for 90 days.

For security purposes, you will then need to request a new verification code in order to reestablish your connection.
